Tamil, Sanskrit and English on one card

Most upanayanam cards carry the ceremony text in Tamil with a Sanskrit sloka above it. An English sheet inside the same envelope covers guests who do not read Tamil.

  • Slokas set in Grantha or Devanagari alongside the Tamil
  • Gothram, nakshatram and rasi spelled the way your family uses them
  • Muhurtham window printed exactly as your priest gave it
  • Both sets of grandparents named, if you want them on the card
  • A matching English inner sheet in the same envelope

Yes. Send us the gothram, the nakshatram and the muhurtham time as your family priest gave them, and we will set them on the card. They appear on the proof for you to check before printing.

Yes. Slokas are usually set in Grantha or Devanagari alongside the Tamil text. Send the exact lines you want and we will typeset them.

Yes. The usual arrangement is the Tamil text on the main card and an English sheet inside the same envelope, so both sides of the family can read it.

Yes. Thank-you cards, return-gift tags and stickers can be printed to match the invitation. Ask for them when you place the order.
